Attorney at Law

Committed to Ensuring Your Child Receives an Appropriate Education

Every child with special needs is entitled to a free appropriate public education in the least restrictive environment.  The law also gives parents the right to meaningful participation in developing their child’s individualized education plan.  However, the law is complex and the process of obtaining an educational program and services that will meet your child’s unique needs can be complicated and frustrating.  Many families need help navigating the system.

I specialize exclusively in special education law.  My focus is on the child, and getting the placement and services he or she needs to be successful in school.  I offer counsel based on personal first-hand experience with the challenges of educating special needs children, as well as years of representing families in special education disputes.
